Another Fosters piece featuring a totally unrelated character. Wanted to introduce the best scarer from Monsters Inc to the biggest scaredy cat at Fosters, and this is how i think it would go :D. Hope you like.

the bg is amazing bro, reminds me of chuck jones late stuff , im not certain about the names but it has that american animation stamp much more inspired in kandinsky and other artists than in the more figurative art like the bear that wasnt , beauriful work dude:D cheers
