Sketch Tavern's weekly sketch topic this week is "Norsemen" and as hard as i tried to do something more true to viking nature i ended up with Sven here lol. I don't know what it is about the weekly topics, some times i draw and draw for hours and nothing comes together and other times, like today, everything falls into place and i end up with something i'm quite pleased with. Enjoy :D

That's great. Glad it fitted into place for you. IT does look really great. The wood especially although I do like the beard and how its exploding off of his face :D

The water doesn't look as good as the rest of the picture, but how many times have you done a similar effect? =p
